Well the propane grill that comes with the 28RLPR is pretty much a dud and doesn't appear to get enough fuel to the jets to do anything more than about a 1/4 inch of blue flame. This appears to be the low setting and I suspect a faulty regulator control.
This is a new trailer and I sent in the warranty card per mfg. instructions to YSN Imports Inc. and just got it back in the mail as undeliverable. Today I shall call Keystone and see what can be done.
Has anybody else experienced this problem with the grill?
UPDATE:
I called Keystone and the were helpful. Seems my operating instruction booklet for the Flame King grill was quite out of date and they are very much in business but at a different address. I shot them an email and got a pretty quick response directing me to somebody who can help. I called them and am awaiting a reply. More later.
