I am going with 14 inch load range D tires after crunching numbers and taking into consideration all of our cross country trips with our original 14 inch load range C tires and rims without any issues at all. I would really have liked to move up to 15 inch rims and tires but too many unknowns right now with a large mess and external investigation with my employer. Still loving our Bullet as we begin season number 6. It looks and feels brand new!
New tires were installed today. I went from a max load of 1760 pounds per tire up to over 2000 pounds per tire. Very happy after towing it home with the new tread!
On a side note, I had the A/C wiring Keystone recall work done today at my local Keystone dealer. Great service staff there at Pleasureland in St Cloud (long time local dealer--thank you guys for your help) who told me it paid to have them do the work regardless of how simple it was because the warranty work gets documented in the manufacturer database should I ever sell it or should something ever happen with the wiring and A/C unit.
Unfortunately, my local dealer Pleasureland can't find a cheap replacement front Bullet decal to replace my defective one and Keystone won't return my calls. I plan on removing the defective decal along with any "Keystone" company name on my camper. They have lost my future business.
