Keystone Cougar 34TSB Questions

Got another itch to buy. Looking for info on a 2017 Keystone Cougar 34TSB. We like the floor plan and the specs.
Does anyone know what "Ground Control equipped" means? Keystone has is listed in a brochure we picked up but does not say what it is or does?
Also any input on 2017 Cougar TT's would be appreciated.
