Sounds to me like the threaded "wing" nut fitting that connects the PEX to the actual faucet. They usually have 3 wings on them. They are not NPT fittings so Teflon or thread sealant won't do any good. Most of them are surface mating seals and usually have a rubber gasket.
RV manufacturers routinely fail to tighten them sufficiently. It a simple matter of giving the nut a half turn in the tighten direction. If you can't reach the wing nut with your hand you will need a basin wrench to tighten it.
