I had a KZ trailer with the same system. They did have an issue with the tracks pulling loose. The good news is that it is not a hard or expensive fix. You just need to find a good KZ dealer that actually sold that style slide when they still made them. I can point you to an excellent dealer in Ohio but I know that is not close to home.
