Those look like a nice camper, but I have owned a lance and frankly I didn't see double the cost of the regular run of the mill TT in quality, and no way can I make it with a shower curtin, mine was stored inside and it was like the other 4 brands of TT I have owned when I sold it, a used camper.
PS My run of the mill TT has 1,400 lb of gear storage over "wet" weight.
