I am quite careful to make sure all the tent material is not catching on anything so that is not the issue. After its in its secured and locked position it is quite easy to just push it in a little to make contact with the seal so there is nothing holding it back. Its just the locking arm that is just out of the sweet spot a little. I may just try to change out the small rubber tabs that are on the locking arm that come in contact with the folding wall to ones that are slightly thicker and that may do it. All I need is maybe a 1/4" or so and it will be fine.
In a perfect world the small rubber tabs on the locking arm should be able to be turned in or out to make any adjustments easier.
