Lance camper faucet
Hello there, everyone!
Earlier this month I purchased my first truck camper; a 2008 Lance 835. So far, I'm absolutely in love with it. However, on our first trip last weekend we found out that the bathroom faucet has a bit of an issue. Because it has a wet bath, the shower hose connects to the tap. The issue is that there's no other spout on the tap! If you unscrew the shower hose to use the sink faucet, it sprays straight outward instead of going into the sink.
Of course there is the kitchen sink, but I would like to be able to use the bathroom sink for things such as brushing my teeth and washing my face. The easiest fix would be finding a spout that will screw on to the existing faucet to control the direction of the water but my searches for such a thing have come up pretty empty.
The next option would be to install a new faucet. I would like to install something like this if possible: http://www.phoenixfaucets.com/store/product/r4477
The problem is there's not much info on them. Are RV faucets pretty standard? How difficult would it be to install a different faucet?
If anyone has any other ideas as well that would be fantastic.
Here's a picture of the faucet in questions:

Thanks in advance!
