The way they inset the framing into the foam seems to be very good, but how are the pieces joined? Are they welded, screwed or glued?
If they made a TT just a bit larger, with a much higher load capacity, I might consider one they build.

Yes, they also use the CNC to rout out the channels where the wires are bundled and where the aluminum studs are. They are welded together at that point, then run through the pinch roller.
They may get back into building 5th Wheels again!
