Laundry chute in a TT

White laundry basket in the shower here. Worked fine in our ROO, but would like to come up with something better for our new 2604. THE selling feature for us on this trailer was the awesome bathroom. You can see the large garden shower from the living area. I don't mind the white basket, but once the colored clothes start getting tossed in, you can see those through the glass. Bedroom is really not large enough to walk around the bed AND navigate around a laundry basket. Storage under the bed really is storage...blankets, etc. Normally it's just 2 of us and not a mountain of laundry, put to hear DH tell it, I'm picky....probably very true.....and would like something that looks more attractive. At least in this trailer I have a place for a nice, small SS trash can rather than the bag on the hook we did previously, so making headway. What I can envision, but requires DH and his excellent woodworking skills, would be something on the order of an ottoman or enclosed bench that could add an additional seat and have a nicely upholstered cushion on top. The top would hinge up to hold just the right size laundry basket...just lift it out and head for laundry. But since there are about a zillion things already on the list, think I'll have to deal with the laundry basket in the shower for now.
