We had it in the 2011 Keystone Bullet 250RKS that we just traded in on the new MH. We loved the laundry chute - it kept the dirty laundry out of the way and was easy to remove when we got home. Note, though - cold air comes up an out of the chute when you're camping in really cold weather.
Also, the water pump was right next to the chute. It was horribly loud, so I removed the panel and insulated the box with foam core insulation.

The water pump is not near the chute, but I will have to deal with the cold air when we get to the fall.
