Leaking Trans coolers line and oil cooler line.HELP!

I got a 2007 GMC 2500HD Classic style with the 6.0 gas, with only 77,000 miles. My transmission cooler lines, and my oil cooler lines are leaking in various spots around the rubber parts, not the meta...

Check to see if there's a special tool needed to get the connections on the lines loose. I seem to remember a tool needed when helping a friend with his lines on a slightly older truck.
