Yep. You'll be removing the entire fixture (sealant and all), cutting the wires, installing new connectors and resealing. Only to do it again at some point in the not-too-distant future. The board and LED are one piece. It an absolutely ridiculous choice for a light sealed to the camper. Low cost, I guess. Unless you're in a pinch like I was, do not replace it a the same kind. Instead use a fixture with a replaceable inc or LED bulb. There's a catch though...unless you can find a longer fixture with a wider bolt center spread, you need to find fixtures with a 3" center mounting point as that is the distance between the existing bolt hole centers in the camper.
