Now that just is nonsense. You can't have a "comfortable" ride and a heavy duty suspension at the same time. A suspension heavy enough to handle 3,000+ lbs of payload has to be stiffer or it's going to sit on the stops when loaded. Either way, it ain't going to be "comfortable". I have an F250, I wish I had an F150. I certainly wouldn't describe the ride as un-comfortable, but is surely is not "comfortable". It is what it is - "stiff", and you feel the bumps.
