Level Travel Trailer

I changed my tow vehicle and this has been a challenge with changing slots on the shanks, etc., but I think I finally got it. Was a little nose high until I filled the fresh water tank half full, which is how I typically tow it. Seems pretty level now. Is there secrets you guys use to get your rig level? From everything I've read it is pretty important for multiple reasons. Still a NEWB to travel trailers. I've mostly towed 5th wheels in the past, but never changed tow vehicles during owning them and the dealer always set them up. Took this pick to kind of compare to the lines on the building. I put a level on the front by the hitch/propane tanks and does not show level and is only slightly off, but I think it is impossible to get it 100% after all the adjusting. I got a local mechanic shop to let me use their torque wrench because you have to tighten those bolts to the shank at 320lbs of torque! Mine only went up to 250lbs.

Think I should take it back to the dealer, which is about an hour away just to have them look at it or good enough?
