Level
Need some advice from the folks here. I went out and purchased a level that screws to the front of the trailer. The thing is huge (11 x 3) but is easy to see and should help me level with out getting ...

Since you do have the exact same level, exactly how did you mount it with tape since it does not have a solid back. The only place I can see tape holding is on the tabs for the screws and I am not sure this would give me enough surface area to form a good bond.

To be honest this was so long ago I don't really remember but I think I just used tape on those two side flanges. I just took a look at it again and can't tell from just looking at it now, especially since I notice the tech who redid my caulking last fall also caulked completely around the level. No way is this thing coming off so I think I'll just leave it even though I can't see it from the driver's seat. That tape you've selected should work just fine.
