You guys aren't fooling me. I know it is really for the cat.

We put our dirty clothes in walmart bag and then throw them into the area. When the area is full time to stop and wash. For us, that is about once a week.

We keep our supply of dog food there on long trips in dry bag. It will be sharing space with tent poles for new awning I made. They just fit and don't slide out like loose stuff tends to on the one we have in the back on the passenger side. List must of a car of bottled water going up a mountain. LOL

Actually, I put 4"x4"'s between my TC and truck bed to allow me to reach over the sides of the bed for better access.

It is not often I use the extra storage, just depends on where I am going camping.

Extension cord, water hose, truck oil, axe or anything that I cannot put in another place that is not affected by cold or wet.

We put 2 sets of leveling blocks in there and a small toolbox.
Our camper sits up above the bed rail by 4 1/4" giving us 1 3/4" space over the cab clearance lights. This gives me room to reach over the rail on both sides for storage of all kinds of handy things like chocks, hoses, electrical extensions, folding shovel, soft drinks,just use your imagination.

Some folks put a waste basket out there.

If I had access doors like that, I'd put tools out there.

Depends on the weather as to what I put there. I might put shoes, aluminium cans, extra can goods, extra water, beer, maybe even trash. I usually put the stuff in a box or bag so it stays put.
