I'm not condemning all Rockwoods but my son has an 2008 ultra lite with soft floor problems. The luan/foam sandwich floor started out with a soft spot in front of the kitchen counter and has spread to the door area. NO, it has no water leaks, it's a deterioration of the foam and seems to be more common in lightweight sandwich style floors. He's now trying to sell it but everyone who looks at it notices the floor instantly and the price keeps dropping. Maybe they corrected this problem but he's not looking for another Rockwood. :)
