You can find nice sleepers for less than $900. The lift on the back looks like it's for a forklift so I'd either widen it for a small car or put a hitch on it so you can do what I do... click on "How I tow" below. Unfortunately the height of this cab is more than a PU so putting a TC over the cab will require some extra spacing. I would probably go with a small sleeper and a small TT that you leave on it. I would put some type of fold down deck on the side of the trailer where the door is with stairs on it. The advantage of using a TC is you could tie it into the back window of the cab of the truck and it has a back door.
