Don't forget to check the door sticker for weight capacity. My guess is you can use stock suspension.

Forgive me, I just had to say that.
If you get the front of the TC on the back of the truck with the jacks and back up close to the rear jacks, you can lower the TC down on peeler poles and roll the TC forward in position. I suggest about five poles, using four under the TC, and a free one to put under the front as you roll. When you get the TC in position, you could use the jacks to raise the TC off the peeler poles and set the TC on the deck. You may or may not need a couple of 4x4's front to rear between the TC and peeler poles.
I would consider working the lift into a ramp configuration to drive a vehicle on the truck bed.
