I have a Suzuki Samurai. I looked the Samurai over very close, and I am convinced it has been shortened.
As for the peeler poles, my work history experience includes moving houses, storage sheds and big structures/objects. I would have no problem using the peeler poles, and a digging bar. A Harbor Freight 3,000 lb winch would make it even easier.
Without help, just me, my Samurai (w/winch), and trailer, I loaded and unloaded this 5'x9'x8' high storage shed (Cat's House). I had to get it up over gate obstacles, off the trailer and turn at the same time. The driveway was also sloped. After getting it through the gate and on the ground (grass), I had to turn it 180 degrees to get it in position.
