Our 1st long trip with our current TT was from NY to Disney. We planned 5 days to drive the 1200 miles.I downloaded the I-95 camping guide which lists CG's within 5 miles off I-95.
Our 1st day I set a goal to get to a CG in southern Virginia. It was close to 400 miles and between traffic and stops for meals and fuel, it took me close to 12 hours to reach our destination. I was exhausted when we finally pulled into the CG.
After that I scaled back my goal to not exceed 300 miles and if traffic gets bad find another closer CG.
