Longer outside shower hose

As stated the hose is the same as used in a house. The connections use npt threaded nuts on the end with a flat rubber washer seal. So adapting to the existing hose with another hose is easy and you can still put the shower wand back on if needed.

I don't have an outside shower. My low points are pex tubing and didn't have any fittings on the ends since the shutoff valves are inside. To each one I added a flair-it pex x npt male, then a npt female x 3/4 male garden hose adapter and then a female x quick connect garden hose connector with built in ball valve. I sometimes shut the ball valves and open the low point drain shut offs inside so I can connect garden hoses outside or I can hook up an outside sink. Nice to have hot water outside without cutting a hole in the side of the trailer if you don't need to.

I bought an adapter at home depot that screwed into the end of my original white hose. It allows me to connect a regular water hose which allows me to have hot water anywhere I want it. It wasn't expensive. I just can't remember the size.

Unless you need hot water why not just "Y" off the main water supply? Then all you need is another garden hose and a spray nozzle. That's what we do, it comes in handy at the beach washing sandy feet. You'll have unregulated pressure as well.

At one time I saw a guy use a shower hose just like the one on the inside of his trailer he did have to "modify" the fitting end but it appeared to work well for his application.

Go to a hardware store, same size hose as your home shower. Also you can get a adapter to add to the hose to attach to a garden hose. We carry one to connect to RV shower hose with short garden hose to help in rinsing black tank with a rinse wand. Just remember the longer you get the more friction loss you will have, so you will have less water pressure if to long.

The only issue I have with putting in another faucet box is that my head is also on the passenger side. I wouldn't be gaining anything.

I bought a spray head with hose and spliced it on the end of the original.
It has a. On/off button on the end so I can leave the water on.
Found it somewhere on the Internet years ago.

I just added one to the driver’s side of my TT, fairly easy install. The only part of the install I was a little nervous about was cutting the hole in the side. The small space under the bathroom sink was a little tricky crimping the pipes.
