The Coachmen Freedom Express 192RBS has no dinette, the slide is a shallow sofa slide. A standalone table is supplied but it's quite large and heavy so we instead used a pair of TV tables when we wanted to eat inside, seated on the sofa.
OOPS---I ment the 1995 model Lance. Same comments apply though.
I did notice the sofa instead of the U shaped dinette.
You beat me to the punch, I was going to point that out.
Having a couch instead of a dinette was very appealing to us. One of the very few things we didn’t like on our last trailer was always having to sit at the dinette, it just wasn’t that comfortable to us.
Like Soundguy we ditched the heavier table on the 19RBS. We chose a flat folding Wally World table. It folds flatter and stores easily.
I’ve never had a Lance, although we looked at them. Just couldn’t find the floor plan we liked, and they are pricey. I can’t argue if they are better made or not, but I can say they have the exact same appliances all the other rvs have.
