Looking at a Arctic Fox 811, anyone weigh theirs?

We currently have a 2001 Lance Lite 825. For races and wheeling I tow either a Racecar or Jeep. Wife is wanting a camper with a slide for the family. A friend has a hardly used 2007 Arctic Fox 811...

I'm sure someone has. I haven't, but I did calc the weight by way of pressure in my airbags to take it back to unloaded ride height. Crude measurement but it yielded 4000+lbs which I've seen posted before.
4000-4500lbs loaded for camping is a safe assumption. Those suckers are heavy.
