I had a 98 lance squire 3000. It weighed right at 3000 pounds dry (no water or any other gear). I think the sticker said 2522 but that didn't include options. It actually is a pretty heave rig. I put it on my 2011 chevy 3500 SRW and it handled it but I was surprised at how heavy it was. If you have AC and awning your rig may weigh close to 3000 pounds empty also. Just some food for thought.
