Most all hard side, but small trailers other than teardrops and popups will have a bathroom. Take a look at RPods, Little Guy trailers, Scamp, and Wolf pups.

A utility trailer with an AC along with a queen bed and a couple of bunks which you can build out of 2 x 4s and plywood sounds about what you need.
