Who are we to tell him what he wants and doesn't want. Yes, I think it makes sense to have a bathroom to keep from having to go outside the trailer in the middle of the night, but apparently that is what HE WANTS! Who am I to tell him that he has to have A/C? Yes, I would want it. Most of us have experience camping, but that is not really OUR style.
We can tell you that the type of camper you are looking for is pretty much non-existent unless you find a cargo trailer that has been modified. Most ready-made RVs will have AC, bathroom of some kind and a kitchen. That is what the majority of the RV'ing world wants.
Good luck finding what you are looking for, but I would use the above comments to question if that is what you NEED instead of what you WANT.
