Looking for short camper with bunks, queen size and no lav

Just curious, why no lav? I get that you like to be outdoors, but off the beaten path in bear country with little ones, seems like it would make sense to be able to "go" inside at night? Not that you have to use it all the time, but seems like it would be handy at least once in a while....even my dog doesn't like to poop outside when it's raining LOL
