Or as mentioned, if you're really after just a hard side tent basically, get a cargo trailer, put a couple windows in it and some cabinets, counter space and some cots and have a rolling hard side tent with a view (rear ramp door).
You could take the rear ramp door and have a custom canvas made for it that could give you the extra sheltered enclosure area
