The manual for our TT (Jayco WhiteHawk) states to do it in stages, 50, 90, 115 ft/lbs torque. The sequence (for a 5 lug wheel anyway) is the 'star' pattern.
After 300 miles towing, I checked the lug nuts not expecting to find much of a problem. Boy was I surprised..........:E
