Magic Water

It turns out it was the seal on the bottom of the window. Apparently that's why I didn't notice the problem when checking after a normal rainstorm. It needed a pretty significant downpour for water to get in. It's two months out of the one year warranty and even though I've sent Crossroads evidence that the problem existed during the warranty period they've decided to deny the claim.

I should have done as others suggested in this thread and towed it back to the dealer as soon as I noticed a possible problem. Live and learn.
