I had no idea how it was entering from the exterior. I looked around the seals on the window but didn't think to look closely at the bottom. Apparently the water was entering along a gap in the seal around the bottom of the window and travelling inside the wall and seeping out and puddling.
The puddle (or puddles in this case now) were always around the center of the floor. By the time I saw the water there was no evidence other than the puddle itself. The walls and surrounding floor were completely dry by the time I noticed the problem.
I contacted someone else at Crossroads this morning and explained the entire situation. I also forwarded a link to this thread along with the original photos. They are sending all the info along to a warranty manager for further "consideration."
We'll see what happens.
