My converter in my '95 Sunnybrook TT has started intermittent humming and the lights are dimming. Based on what I've read, this means the converter is probably going bad. Correct? I have a MagneTek...

I may do some testing while hanging out at the campground (I keep a multimeter in the TT at all times). I have run out of time to do so beforehand. Too much to do to get ready, go to work tomorrow, etc.
One thing that points to a bad converter is that the converter clicks and hums each time the lights dim. I'm sure there are still other possibilities, though. I will see what I can find out. Thanks.
