If your that worried about it, please....go buy a Ram...if more people follow suit maybe I'll get an even better deal on my next Ford! =)
OR... you could buy a $360 bypass kit so that in the UNLIKELY event that your CP-4 fails for whatever reason, it doesn't damage anything downstream, preventing the rare $8000 repair.
Contaminated fuel is contaminated fuel, ask my cousin who recently had his insurance pay to replace his entire fuel system on his Cummins due to water in the fuel.
Guess what he's driving now? A 2017 F350.
