I would assume his Insurance or the Fuel station would have paid for the repairs, does this have anything to do with the durability of the basically bullet proof CP3 pump?
I pumped 30 gallons water along with 5 gallons diesel into my 98 12V. The station paid me for my time and materials plus a full tank of fuel.
