I never understood why people do this. Once the wheel is on and lugs are tight, that's it. I check the pressure before each trip.
Steel wheels..probably not an issue but I check them at least once. Takes a whole 5-6 minutes
Aluminum wheels....seen where on 3rd check still got slight movement after they had been torqued the 1st and 2nd times.
Good advice......but not everyone takes advice.
