Making Foldable Beds more comfortable in Hybrid Trailers

y husband and I are 39. He has a bad back. I am a side sleeper and have a bad knee. But we love to camp and hike and ride bikes with our four children. We are trying to make our standard issue bed...

we do the memory foam 2" topper rolled up in teh shower as well. I would love to just order a better mattress, but have not found a foldable "short queen" that is less than $700, IIRC...

If anyone has a source, I'd be interested for the "master" side; then I'd use the extra original mattress to double up on the other bunk.
