That's rubber like material that you are seeing on the inside of the slide similar to the roof. Not at all the same as delamination of the filon. Fwiw, mine doesn't have bubbles in the slides or roof, but I think that's cosmetic. I don't have an explanation for they didn't get that right.
I haven't moved my slide manually. It's supposed to be able to be moved, but the access isn't easy on mine.
