You are correct Host does not sell direct. We went with Tom's because they were a couple thousand less than 2 other bids local to Oregon if we picked it up ourselves at Host. This is apparently something Host does regularly.
The other unexpected bonus is that we can take delivery in Oct. This gives us a chance to make our mods, visit with family around holidays before heading south for the winter.
