We chose the larger capacity model (I'm pretty sure it's a Dometic) since we have the built in Onan to power it. It does get warm inside anywhere you have a skylight (in our case just the bathroom), so we wanted sufficient capacity to handle triple digits. Even if we don't stay in places that get that hot, we do travel through places that stay that warm and wanted a system that could keep up with the heat load and normalize temperatures quicker. In the Summer of 2015, we visited southern UT where temperatures peaked over a 100 degrees every day and our Arctic Fox handled interior and fridge temperatures just fine - I would not want to skimp on AC if you plan any desert trips. Our Arctic Fox had two skylights and the bathroom could have been converted to a sauna when you left the door closed. We would hang our towels in there and it felt like they were on heated drying racks even with the vent open.
