My trailer tires are st175/80r/13 , load rated C, made by Goodyear/marathons. They appear to be in fine shape but they are old enough that I want to replace them with new tires. It appears Goodyear doesn’t make these and the new endurance are not made in this size.Any suggestions on another brand? I would like to use my existing rims instead of buying new tires and rims. Also, I don’t have any spare room for a larger tire. I know Tire topics get old, I’ve dont some searches but my size is less popular so less info on the forums.

Our TT came with the same size tires. Adding up the capacity of all 4 tires came to 100 lbs below the tt GVWR.I switched (after a couple flats ) to Maxxis 8008. I went to the next size up, I think it was 185/13 and it increased my safety margin by about 600 lbs. They only offer 2 sizes in 13". Have about 5000 miles on them and so far so good.

So far, we really like our Goodyear Endurance tires. Made in the USA, higher speed and load ratings. We have over 10,000 miles on them so far. Expensive, though.

But doesn't the GVWR include the tongue weight? The tire (X2) rating needs to equal or exceed the axle rating.

I had the same size on our first Jayco. Went to a Maxxis 185 tire and they worked great. I have Maxxis on my Columbus fiver now. They are a proven trailer tire and have been around for some time.
