That's why there is dispersed camping and CG camping. If you are one of those folks that is bothered by kids, lights, etc., then go camp out in the woods by yourself where there is no noise or light pollution at night. Other folks like a more social camping scene. We've done both and enjoy both. But for goodness' sake, don't expect the same quiet solitude in a family CG that you would have when boondocking.
