Yup. Essentially we have the right to do anything we want as long is it doesn't interfere with someone else's rights. Hence a gray area about the size of the known universe that requires rational people to make rational compromises.
Just keep in mind with all this, nowhere in the constitution does it guarantee the right to never be offended. So the dipsh*t councilman in Green Bay that wanted to ban baggy pants is s.o.l.
