marker lights on while camping

Really? Complaining about a porch light? Sounds like some people are short on shades and long on time. Since when is there a black out at campgrounds? Who do you ***** to when there's a full moon?

Never had a complaint. Several have stopped to see how I did it.

I'm so doing this and turning my truck flashers on.

I love reading replies from people who don't like lights, fires, music, pets, children, or other people in general. Makes me realize just how lucky I am to enjoy whatever comes my way.

i use a 7 pin receptacle and connect the two wires inside. I simply plug the trailer plug into it and have running lights

Only when it does not interfere with other peoples rights to enjoy themselves. Objections should also be reasonable, you shouldn't have to turn off your music at 2:00 in the afternoon because your neighbor wants to take a nap.

I can understand all night or after 11pm, I agree this is annoying. But before that, I see no problems with lights, whether they are awning, marker lights, solar lights, laterns or whatever. Sorry but I wouldn't turn my lights off before 11pm...

I use the 15 amp fuse on mine all the time, (unless I was dry camping) in Canada and the US.

I see no issue with it, just as annoying as awning lights, flags hanging all over, golf carts driving around, kids riding their bikes yelling at their friends, laughs around a campfire, a little sign out front of your trailer in the shape of your dog with your last name on it, or whetever else people put up at their camper.

I mean after midnight, I'm not concerned about lights when the majority of people are still moving around the campground.

We have Rangers that stop all music and any talking above a whisper at campfires after 11:00, no golf carts allowed, bikes must have all the lights / reflectors / bell's just like on the road since the campground roads are considered provincial highways (patrolled by our provincial police) so the kids typically are not out after dark.

(Adding on to my above post) also at our seasonal site it has been asked many times if there is a way to make all the lights flash in an ER situations. In our park, roads are confusing with winding loops and many dead ends. Several fireman EMT types have said how nice it would be if something as simple as flashing lights to assist them finding your spot/RV. Our current system of the guard meeting the ER unit at the front gate leaves a lot to be desired.

Just use the automotive flasher.....plugs right in and will flash all running lights.
Takes about 5 seconds.

I see about 3% of the people here do it. Kinda pointless IMO.
