Mass to FLA via route 78-81-77

I-81 can get ugly in the winter, lots of truck traffic too. If you don't mind losing about an hour, consider jumping off I-95 and onto Rt 301 around Wilmington, DE. Follow it through MD and VA. It ties back onto I-95 10 or 20 miles north of Richmond. It will eliminate the Baltimore/Washington traffic. Not the fastest route with traffic lights and all, but you only have to get held up once on I-95 around DC, to find another way. It's been my choice of route with my truck camper and pulling a boat.
