Matagorda Beach Texas
Just wondering if any of ya'll have any experience with the Texas Matagorda beach area. They do allow overnight camping, but just wondering about the softness of the sand etc?

Should be OK, but just accessing the beach from FM 2031 can sometimes make you wish you had 4-wheel drive.
