- 2012ColemanExplorer IIHere is the one I mentioned - $264.99. I did see the 21 dollar TP - yikes!
- bcsslcExplorerWe bought a 3"topper from amazon and after the first winter storage it developed a split across the middle of the topper. I sorta repaired for the next season try to buy some time before I bought another, but found a local mattress manufacturer in town and they made a custom full firm foam with topper for $375. A little expensive but it's lighter than the spring and 3"topper and sooooo comfortable. Good luck.
- mdprowashExplorerReplaced my mattress with this.. sleep like a baby. It is on the firm side...

- IdaDExplorerWe threw out the OE mattresses and replaced them all with memory foam. The queen we bought is linked below and it's extremely comfortable. I'm not sure how well it would hold up in a home where you're sleeping in it every night, but for occasional use in a fifth wheel I think it'll last a long time. Well worth the $200.

I picked up 3" memory foam for $155 at Menards for mine, that extra 7" sipped behind the mattress at the front, so no overhang, but did give me an extra few inches of mattress overall.
The only downside, it seems to trap heat, so going to need something between it and me, or it will be a very sweaty bed in the morning. - 2012ColemanExplorer IIGo to overstock.com and search for RV Queen Mattress - buy one - it's wonderful! Skip the topper.
- Second_ChanceExplorer IIPerhaps we were just not spending enough on foam toppers, but we found that none of the ones we tried (up to 4" thick) lasted more than a few months (we're full-timers). We finally gave in and invested in a good 10" multi-foam mattress to replace the "RV futon" OEM piece of junk. It's a bit heavier, but it's SO much nicer!
- gaymeadowsmanExplorer3" Memory/gel foam hybrid topper from Walmart. It's cooler than straight memory foam. we had to get one when our RV mattress became so weak that we could feel the plywood base by morning. And that was only after 4 months.
