The chassis cab models from Ford, Ram and GM all use wide front axles and maneuver better than the pickups. Ford did have a wide front axle option on some of its largest pickups, but no one else offered this. GM currently does not have anything over the 3500, but Ram goes up to the 5500 and Ford goes up to the F650 before going into HDT market.
My Ram 5500 crew cab with 9' deck turns about as sharp as my Ford F250 extended cab short bed.
*If the OP has interest, I will post pictures of the 5-link front suspension and the rear axle setup of my Ram. Plenty of choices out there, it just depends how deep your pockets go.
