Mice
Whats the best mouse deterrent? i tried mouse poison and it worked but now I'm finding dead mice. One climbed into the hood of a jacket and died. Oh the smell. Can't find how they got into the travel trailer.

Sunflower seeds and peanuts are two of their favorites. Red squirrels will over-winter in a building. I have a terrible time keeping them out of my yard barn.
Not mice, but we have chipmunks so this year we are trying the peppermint route, "Fresh Cab" packets initially and refortified with a dropper of real peppermint oil every month. Will see if that works.
